The iTi currently offers 2 courses online, Fire Life Safety Level One Technician
and Supervisory Training.
The Fire Life Safety Level One Technician course
provides an overview of installing, inspecting, and maintaining the various
types of dampers in HVAC systems in new and existing buildings. The purpose of
this course is to help you prepare to pass the Fire Life Safety Certification
test.
The Supervisory Training course provides
the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully supervise a project in the
construction industry. You will learn the importance of communication skills,
proper planning, how to maximize productivity and profit on a job site, and
strategies for dealing with unforeseen problems.
Directions for accessing the Learning Portal
Do you have an ACTIVE login for the iTi Website (http://www.sheetmetal-iti.org)?
If Yes, you can proceed to the Learning Portal at http://learn.sheetmetal-iti.org and login with the same username and password you use for the iTi website. Click on the desired class, and select Yes when prompted to enroll.
If No, go to iTi's registration and account activation page at https://www.sheetmetal-iti.org/regme.asp to activate or request an account.
Once your account has been activated, you can use the SAME username and password to login to the Learning Portal and start learning!
